This includes using molded inserts, assembly of molded components, parts, and the ability to offer appreciable savings in the conversion of metal castings to plastic. Post mold decoration is also a specialty at K&D Plastics, L.P. because of our capability to drill, mill, trim, finish, pad print, letter, silkscreen, and meet any of our customers' particular color needs. K&D Plastics, L.P. has been in the plastics injection mold business for over 30 years. We specialize in the molding of commercial aircraft interior decorative plastic parts as well as fine custom products for the business world in general.

We are a small to medium custom plastic injection molder. We can take your sketches or drawings and do the necessary design work or design and build molds from your existing CAD drawings.

K&D Plastics, L.P. started out in1968 molding some of the most successful plastic fishing lures produced in the US. The company quickly expanded and moved to our present location. K&D Plastics is located right in the heartland of the US and central to all shipping points on both coasts, Canada and Mexico.

K&D Plastics, L.P. produces injection molded food tray latch assemblies, seat side panel bumper strips, seat armrest pad assemblies, ash receivers and fire boxes, plastic lenses for lighting, and aircraft seat shrouds of all types, just to name a few commercial parts. We also product custom parts for individuals. You provide the sketches or drawings, we will quote the tool cost and manufacturing costs for small lots as well as lots in the hundreds of thousands.
